Over 50 Years of Excellence
JB Homes was formed in 1961 by JB Jinks and JB Alderman, Jr. They selected the name since both of their initials were JB. They operated JB Homes as partners until 1971 when JB Jinks decided to go into strictly commercial construction. JB Alderman, Jr. retained the corporation that specialized in masonry built homes using basic designs or drawing custom designed homes for customers. JB Homes builds homes all across in Bay County.
